D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, which is characterized by high abrasion resistance, long maintenance of working sharpness and aggressive cutting. When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very labor-intensive and inefficient. The wide blade, with a usable drop-point profile, has a stonewashed finish, the irregular texture of which effectively masks scratches from use. Thanks to the use of a strong hilt, a blade with an efficient belly, and a concave grind, the knife will be perfect for skinning and dehorning game and camp work. When unfolded, the knife has a length of 216 mm, the thickness of the blade at its widest point is almost 3 mm, which is an excellent compromise between carrying comfort, everyday functionality and durability.
