The Benchmade 3400BK Autocrat is a spring OTF knife, equipped with a CPM-S30V steel blade and a handle made of milled G-10 laminate. Benchmade Autocrat is a modern OTF (out of front) automatic knife, designed for everyday use and enthusiasts of proven military solutions. The knife has a slender dagger blade made of American CPM-S30V stainless steel hardened to 58-60 HRC . The blade has two cutting edges and a matt black DLC protective coating for increased wear resistance. The blade is unfolded by moving the knurled slider forward, folding only requires the slider to be moved back in the opposite direction. The whole process takes place quickly and, most importantly, in a very safe way, because after unfolding the blade, it is blocked in as many as 3 places. We also do not have to worry about accidentally unfolding the blade, it is extended only after a full and conscious movement of the slider. The button has aggressive milling, thanks to which the knife can also be operated with gloves . The mounting screws and the slider have a blue finish, which contrasts effectively with the black color scheme and emphasizes the modern character of the knife. The comfort and ease of handling the knife is ensured by the handle made of milled G-10 laminate . The grip has a profiled shape, its surface has been knurled, which guarantees excellent grip to the hand and prevents the knife from slipping.
